Intro to Hand Lettering: Fun & Fancy Letters | Workshops at Camp Craftaway

This workshop will introduce you to some of the foundational principles of hand lettering, including terminology, kerning, and spacing, and how to use grids and guidelines for composition. You’ll look at and gain inspiration from historical examples. By the end of the workshop, you’ll get to hand letter a phrase of your choosing as a mini poster/print to keep.
